SOSCH supported Moniaive Initiative to take ownership of a long-term empty property in the village, securing a funding package that allowed the house to be comprehensively reworked as a bright, accessible, safe, warm, inviting and fully accessible home. At the Scottish Empty Homes Partnership’s (Shelter) annual Scottish Empty Homes Awards on 2 February 2021, the project WON in the “Best Long-term Restoration project”.
