SOSCH is seeking a CLH Coordinator to provide support to the development and delivery of community-led housing projects in Southwest Scotland.
SOSCH is an award winning Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) that supports community-led housing and regeneration across the South of Scotland. The post-holder will:
- Work as part of a Project Team to support community organisations;
- Work from home with regular in-person engagement;
- Help communities in Southwest Scotland to understand their housing needs and develop projects;
- Help groups to access funds and build project teams.
For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking application from individuals educated to degree level and/or with demonstrable relevant experience in one or more of the following areas –
- Community Development/Engagement/Ownership
- Project Management and Business Planning
- Affordable Housing
- Rural Development
This Full Time post (starting salary £30k pa, plus employer pension contribution) is for a fixed period of 3 years with the intention to continue in the longer term subject to funding.
