South of Scotland Community Housing – BUSINESS MANAGER
SOSCH is seeking a Business Manager (0.6 FTE) to oversee all aspects of Financial Monitoring and “Office” Management and to contribute to Business and Project Development.
SOSCH is an award winning Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) that supports the planning and delivery of community-led housing and regeneration across the South of Scotland. Following an extensive period of Governance and Business Review, we converted to a new brand and structure in November 2020. This new post – identified within our Business Plan (May 2021) – will play a key role in helping SOSCH grow and expand our service, working on financial management and housing projects. SOSCH staff are currently (and are likely to continue) working from home and we are seeking applicants from across the South of Scotland.
For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking application from individuals educated to degree level and/or with demonstrable relevant experience in one or more of the following areas – Financial Management, Business and Office Management, Organisational Policy, Project Business Planning / Cash Flows, Business Development, Human Resources.
