SOSCH is seeking a CLH Coordinator to provide support to the development and delivery of community-led housing projects in Southwest Scotland.
SOSCH is an award winning Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) that supports the planning and delivery of community-led housing and regeneration across the South of Scotland.The post-holder will work as an integral part of the wider team, working alongside two other CLH Coordinators.The role will provide the opportunity to work on an exciting range of live community-led projects. The postholder will work from home, with regular team and project meetings.
For this exciting opportunity, we are seeking application from individuals educated to degree level and/or with demonstrable relevant experience in one or more of the following areas – Affordable Housing, Community Development/Engagement, Project Management, Community Ownership / Land Reform, Business Planning, Funding, Research/Report Writing.
This Full Time post (starting salary £30k pa, plus employer pension contribution) is for a fixed period of 3 years with the intention to continue in the longer term subject to funding.
